It was a very uncomfortable moment because my good, life-long friend thought I was trying to scam her!How easy it would be for one disgruntled customer to make a series of alter egos and spam a complaint board.The product works fine and does exactly what it advertises.If these complaints are legit, maybe they have more to do with the salespeople who promised customers things that were above and beyond the product’s ability.I don’t know, but from my first-hand experience, which is 100% satisfactory, I lean towards saying that this outpouring of complaints is coming from just one or two customers under various names who failed to properly learn the software and are now looking to ruin a company’s name.
